Grand Prix Tasting Tour ... with a View!!
Local wineries, friends and great vistas - a great way to spend a weekend in the Finger Lakes! The Grand Prix Festival of Watkins Glen is working with the Seneca Lake Wine Trail to share these elements with you on the weekend of September 12 and 13, 2015.
In keeping with the Grand Prix Weekend themes, two driving tours through the scenic countryside on both sides of Seneca Lake will be featured in this wine-tasting and viewing tour. Each tour will feature three (3) wineries on the east or the west side of Seneca, with clear and easy driving directions to take you from one winery to the next.
The cost is $10 per couple and will include a standard flight per person per winery on one side of the lake or the other. Tickets must be ordered in advance:

You may purchase tickets for both sides of the lake, but it is recommended that you tour one side of the lake one day, and the other on the next, simply due to the time necessary to comfortably travel, taste and enjoy the views.
Your tickets and a commemorative Grand Prix Festival wine cooler bag may be picked up on Saturday or Sunday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Watkins Glen Promotions storefront at 211 North Franklin Street, Watkins Glen, NY. There you will be provided with your detailed tour directions, as well.
