Franklin Street, Watkins Glen, NY

9:30am - 8:00pm
12' x 12' site for a 10' x 10' tent
No Electric (Special needs to be handled on an individual basis - fee)
Vendors are expected to bring own tents, tables, chairs, etc.
Site Cost: $100.00
Vintage racing or other automotive related parts, components, services, memorabilia, and artwork.

which you can fill in and return by mail or fax. Please return by July 6, 2018 - No applications will be accepted after August 10, 2018.
Site Locations / Set-up and Tear-down
All sales locations are at the discretion of the festival. Set-up may occur on the day of the event no earlier than 7:00am and no later than 9:00am. Special arrangements will be made for Vendors needing additional set-up time. Tear-down may occur starting at 7:30pm.
Note: Franklin Street will be closed to vehicular traffic from 1:00pm until 9:00pm.
Licenses / Permits / Insurance
You are required to have a valid New York State "Permission to collect Sales and Use Tax" certificate on display at your booth and on file with the Festival at least 2 weeks before the event.
You are required to maintain the following level of insurance coverage during the period of the festival; $1,000,000 per occurance of bodily injury and $500,000 per occurrence of property damage or $1,000,000 combined single limit. In addition, Watkins Glen Promotions, Schuyler County and its officers, employees and agents and the Village of Watkins Glen must be named as additional insureds. (All four names MUST BE INCLUDED.) A certificate evidencing proof of such coverage must be on file in the festival office no later than 14 days prior to the event.
